Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you’re at the heart of CCG’s business operations and activities that keep the business moving forward. You anticipate the needs of Partners and employees and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Job Description

As a member of the CCG team, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative responsibilities including reception and support of multiple other areas of the business such as recruiting, HR, operations and sales.

Job Responsibilities

As the CCG Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, you will report directly to the CCG Business Administrator and be support for a variety of accounting, finance, and other administrative activities that are critical to CCG’s day to day operations.  Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Your specific duties as a Reception/Administrative Assistant will include:

  • Answering Phones and Directing Calls
  • Liaison between outside agencies
  • IT and Laptop Support
  • Mail sorting and distribution
  • Sales support
  • HR and Recruiting Support
  • Corporate Licensing and Reporting Support
  • Filing and Contract Maintenance Support
  • General Office Maintenance and Upkeep
  • Office Supply and Equipment Inventory
  • Event Planning and Coordination
  • Proofreading and Documentation Support

Accounting and Finance Assistant:

  • Accounts Receivable Support
  • Accounts Payable Support
  • Expense Reporting
  • Additional Support as Needed


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills including both paper and digital filing methods
  • Ability to interpret contracts, insurance and other legal language and documentation

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Proficient with basic PC administration and support
