As a Client Success Director, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and other CCGers to guide the successful delivery of various types of Data & Analytics consulting projects. Leverage your expertise in business and delivering Data & Analytics solutions to successfully guide our project teams to maximize business value for our clients.  This is a delivery leadership role that has a 50% billable role component.  


  • Define and optimize client journey
    • Define the vision of a Red-Carpet experience for our clients for Services delivery
    • Standardize the template for a Success Plan for project delivery
    • Define and oversee lifecycle processes/touch points, including executive sponsor program, EBR process, “listening” points (e.g. on usage, NPS), and others
    • Create standard presentation materials for delivery lifecycle for Agile and waterfall projects
    •  Manage escalations from your project teams, and follow a methodical escalation process to executives
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in delivery related processes
  • Drive true value for client
    • Be an expert on best practices in change management
    • Promote the Challenger approach amongst your team members and effectively across the client-consulting dynamic
    • Train and mentor Delivery management (PM’s, coordinators, and Scrum Masters) to deeply understand our customers’ objectives and become a trusted advisor
    • Determine how to define, drive and demonstrate the value (ROI) delivered through project delivery
  • Performance Management
    • Ensure “as delivered” project margins meet or exceed “as sold” project margins
    • Identify quality issues and work with the Delivery Practice leader to improve processes and quality controls
    • Lead periodic project audits to identify at-risk projects, mitigate issues and promote successful project outcomes
  • Project Support
    • Participate in the escalation path for project or client issues
    • Coach and mentor project teams as needed
    • Ensures project teams have the tools, training and resources needed to be successful
  • Delivery Consulting
    • Work as a Project Manager / Scrum Master on client engagements
    • Manage project budgets, issues, risks, and communication planning and implementation
    • Assist with Statement of Work creation in sales pursuits


  • 2+ years’ experience in running PMO or delivery execution in a consulting organization
  • Current PMP and/or Professional Scrum Master certification
  • Minimum of 5 years managing a team
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in large-scale project/program management environment and/or relevant consulting experience
  • Experience executing and providing oversight to projects/programs across a portfolio
  • Knowledge of how to mature a project management capability and successfully drive change
  • Experience developing and managing a high performing PM team across waterfall and agile methods
  • Expert understanding of the Project, Program and Portfolio Management processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient with Project Management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA)
  • Ability to work in the USA without CCG or Client sponsorship
