Data Governance Architect

As a CCG Data Governance Architect you will have the opportunity to work closely with CCG clients to understand and influence their analytics needs and use the latest tools to develop compelling data visualizations and analytics that drive their business decision making.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Able to lead clients in the creation and implementation of a data governance program
  • Able to describe how data quality fits into the ETL process
  • Familiar with the typical data elements that are good candidates for data quality
  • Able to describe the technology used to apply data quality
  • Able to design and implement data quality solutions
  • Design and implements reusable routines
  • Knowledgeable of multiple data quality solutions/products
  • Ability to aid clients in the establishment of data quality function and data quality assessment processes
  • Must have a strong understanding of how a Data Governance and Data Quality program intersect with BI and data warehousing
  • Must have strong writing skills and can effectively document business process, organizational and technical concepts

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Ability to plan and execute an MDM project
  • Deep understanding of Data Governance intersections with MDM solutions
  • Specific knowledge of a common MDM domain such as customer, production location or vendor
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following MDM tools by vendor: IBM, Informatica, Infobuilders
  • Experience with Six Sigma processes and methodology
  • Previous Consulting industry work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
