As a Solutions Manager at CCG you will work closely with our clients and other CCGers to guide the successful product development and delivery of various types of Data & Analytics solutions. CCG Solution Leaders leverage their understanding of business, product development and solution delivery to guide our project and product development teams through the successful delivery of solutions that maximize business value to our clients.

Required Skills

  • > 2 years’ experience as a Solutions Manager managing product development and taking new products/releases to market
  • Experience managing product and project development with tools such as JIRA, Rally, Trello, TFS, MS Planner
  • Experience with Agile development methods including Scrum and/or Kanban
  • Demonstrated experience managing cohesive and high performing software development teams
  • Detail oriented with strong time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of a client organization

Preferred Skills

  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience
  • Experience managing “as a Service” solutions
  • Retail/Customer analytics experience
  • Consulting experience
